Due to the bespoke nature of our products we are unable to provide refunds on any orders unless there is a manufacturing fault by Moorlocks.
A quotation is valid for 7 days from the date shown in it, unless the quotation has been withdrawn by us at an earlier time.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products you cannot cancel your order once it has been manufactured. Cancellations made before your order has been manufactured may only result in a partial refund at the sole discretion of Moorlocks.
Moorlocks does not accept any responsibility for errors present in the customer-provided specification. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all required information is provided to Moorlocks and that all of the information provided is correct.
Payment must be provided in advance of any design or manufacturing work being carried out by Moorlocks.
Moorlocks products are used at your own risk; we do not accept any responsibility for damage, injury, or loss caused by the misuse of our products.
Any missing items or discrepancies with orders must be reported to Moorlocks within 7 days of taking delivery.
Moorlocks products must not be resold for profit.
Shipments to Europe and the rest of the world may incur additional customs charges or processing fees. You will be responsible for these fees.
We may use photographs and videos of manufactured padlocks in our marketing materials and on social media. For example in social media posts, website content, and promotional flyers. If you do not wish for products that you have ordered to be used in this manner, please notify us via the contact page.
